This is also an image I made in Photoshop where it is a dramatic eye I made with little reference. I used multiple shades of tan and brown with the eye dropper to make the skin tones and blended them together to make the skin look smooth and drew in every stroke of the eyebrow. The pink eye color is where the dramatic part comes in where I took a reference eye and drew over it adding in my own touch like the red strokes, the mascara with the eye-shadow look, and the pink color of the iris.
